The measures to successfully contain the COVID-19 pandemic in Bavaria have largely been scaled back and everyday social life is beginning to recover. With the beginning of summer comes the time to think of one's own needs again and with it the desire to do something for oneself. Since 4 May 2020, our practice for aesthetic medicine has been open again, but with reduced office hours and special hygiene precautions. The safety of our patients and practice staff has the highest priority for us, even in times of Corona.
On this occasion, we would like to inform you about our extended security measures. We ask you to comply with the following measures so that treatment can take place:
- Pure counselling sessions and control appointments are now also possible in the video consultation.
- Please use the online appointment booking.
- In the practice, patients and medical staff are required to wear mouth/nose protection (exception: medical treatment in the mouth area). Please bring your own mouth/nose protection!
- The minimum distance between patients and medical staff is 1.5 m (exception: medical treatment).
- Please come alone, not with an escort.
- Precise appointment coordination is important to minimise waiting times and to ensure surface disinfection and airing of the treatment room between patients. Therefore, we have little time leeway and ask for punctuality.
- Hand disinfectants are available in the practice. Please make sure to use them.
- We ask for cashless payment (contactless or card payment).
- Please inform us before the appointment if you have any signs of a cold or other illness and we will arrange an alternative appointment.
